For over 30 years, company owner Meng Karbach has been in the food industry as a certified chef. Her work experience ranges from being one of the leading pioneers of Marché concept at Mövenpick restaurant to being a Product Developer Specialist at Loblaw, Sobeys & Metro. Meng, along with founders Jamie Kennedy and Michael Stadtländer, was also involved at Knives & Forks Organic Market during the market’s early days as a weekly indoor market event on the sidewalk of Mövenpick at York Street, Toronto, ON.
