Baked White Fish Filet

Any white fish filet – 1 side medium

Garlic onion chutney – 1 to 2 Tbsp

Salt & pepper – to taste

 

Method:

  1. Pat dry the fish filet then spread the chutney evenly on the filet
  2. Season with salt & pepper
  3. Place filet in a preheated oven set at 400ºF for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish is cooked – fish flakes off easily

Note:  Garnish with lemon slice & chopped dill
