BBQ Prawns

Tiger prawns – 12 jumbo size

Garlic onion chutney – 2 Tbsp

Parsley chopped – 1 Tbsp

Salt & pepper – to taste



  1. Remove shells of prawns, leave tail on. Pat dry.
  2. Place shelled prawn in a bowl, add chutney & chopped parsley. Add seasoning. Mix well gently. Let marinade for 2 hours
  3. Skewer prawn if you are cooking on grill
  4. BBQ on grill / cook in sautee pan till reddish brown

Note:  Prawns can be substituted with scallops
