Garlic Chicken Bruschetta

Panini bun – 1 bun

Garlic onion chutney – 2 Tbsp

Shredded cooked chicken – 1/2 cup

Shredded 3 cheese – 3 Tbsp



  1. Slice bun in half lengthwise, lightly toast the halves
  2. Spread evenly & thinly 1 Tbsp of garlic onion chutney on each toasted half
  3. Spread evenly the shredded chicken, then sprinkle cheese over each half
  4. Bake in preheated oven of 400ºF for 10 to 15 minutes or till cheese is melted and light golden brown

Note:  Option garnich with chopped basil and thinly sliced red onions
