Garlic Chicken Bruschetta
Panini bun – 1 bun
Garlic onion chutney – 2 Tbsp
Shredded cooked chicken – 1/2 cup
Shredded 3 cheese – 3 Tbsp
Method:
- Slice bun in half lengthwise, lightly toast the halves
- Spread evenly & thinly 1 Tbsp of garlic onion chutney on each toasted half
- Spread evenly the shredded chicken, then sprinkle cheese over each half
- Bake in preheated oven of 400ºF for 10 to 15 minutes or till cheese is melted and light golden brown
Note: Option garnich with chopped basil and thinly sliced red onions
