Mixed Meat Patty or Burger

Pork/Veal/Beef (1:1:1 mix) – 450 g

Egg Large – 1 raw

Garlic Onion Chutney – 6  Tablespoon

Salt & pepper – to taste

Optional:  Add Italian Parsley – 1/2 cup chopped if desired

Method:

  1. Crack egg in small mixing bowl & whisk for a minute with fork
  2. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mash with hand until mixed well
  3. Divide the meat mixture into 15 0r 18 mini equal patties
  4. Roll each patty into a puck and refrigerate if cooking later

Pan Fry Method:

  1. Place 1 teaspoon of oil in sauté pan on medium high heat, let oil heat up for 30 seconds then lower temperature to medium
  2. Add meat patty into pan to cook
  3. When bottom is a light brown, flip patty over and continue to cook till internal temperature is 74ºC (165ºF)
  4. Remove patty and serve with your favourite sauce or in a hamburger bun with your favourite toppings

BBQ Grill Method:

  1. Preheat BBQ for 15 minutes at medium high heat, then add meat patty on grill to cook
  2. When bottom is light brown & grill marks are showing, flip patty over and continue to cook till internal temperature is 74ºC (165ºF)
  3. Remove patty and serve with your favourite sauce or in a hamburger bun with your favourite toppings
