Breakfast Burrito

Corn tortilla 10″ – 1 shell

Tomato garlic chutney – 1 Tbsp

Eggs scrambled – 2 eggs

Cooked bacon – 2 strips

Cheddar shredded – 1 Tbsp

 

Method:

  1. Spread chutney on tortilla shell & sprinkle cheese
  2. Place scrambled eggs & bacon strips neaatly in a row in the middle of the shell. Leave 2″ on the left free
  3. Fold in the left edge of the shell to cover part of prepared ingredients
  4. Roll the shell firmly without shell
  5. Serve immediately

Note:  Wrap it up in parchement & its breakfast on the run
