Breakfast Burrito
Corn tortilla 10″ – 1 shell
Tomato garlic chutney – 1 Tbsp
Eggs scrambled – 2 eggs
Cooked bacon – 2 strips
Cheddar shredded – 1 Tbsp
Method:
- Spread chutney on tortilla shell & sprinkle cheese
- Place scrambled eggs & bacon strips neaatly in a row in the middle of the shell. Leave 2″ on the left free
- Fold in the left edge of the shell to cover part of prepared ingredients
- Roll the shell firmly without shell
- Serve immediately
