Green Peas Pasta

Green peas – 3 Tbsp (fresh or frozen)

Sunflower oil – 2 Tbsp

Tomato garlic chutney – 2 or 3 Tbsp

Cooked pasta – 1 cup

Salt & pepper – to taste

 

Method:

  1. Preheat oil in sautee pan in medium heat, add in the green peas
  2. Sautee for about a minute, then add chutney & pasta, cook for another minute
  3. Season to taste, remove from pan & serve immediately, garnish with grated parmesan cheese

Note:  Quick & easy single portion vegetarian pasta dish. Can be substituted with any vegetables.
