Asparagus grilled – 8 spears
Tomato garlic chutney – 2 to 3 Tbsp
Asiago cheese – 1 to 2 tsp shredded
- Toss asparagus in seasoned oil then grill on BBQ or roast in oven of 400ºF for 8 minutes or till tender
- Place grilled asparagus on plate & sauce it with the tomato garlic chutney
- Sprinkle asiago over the tomato & asparagus
Note: Excellent appetizer for asparagus lovers. Can be served hot or cold.
