Tortilla Tomato Pizza

Corn tortilla 6″ shell – 1 shell

Tomato garlic chutney – 2 to 3 Tbsp

Monterey Jack cheese – 3 Tbsp shredded



  1. Brush tortilla lightly with olive oil
  2. Spread the tomato chutney evely over tortilla
  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly over the tomato chutney
  4. Bake in preheated oven of 400ºF for 10 to 15 minutes or till crispy & golden brown

Note:  Add pepperoni or ham or even pineapple before adding cheese for different flavour.
