Tortilla Tomato Pizza
Corn tortilla 6″ shell – 1 shell
Tomato garlic chutney – 2 to 3 Tbsp
Monterey Jack cheese – 3 Tbsp shredded
Method:
- Brush tortilla lightly with olive oil
- Spread the tomato chutney evely over tortilla
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the tomato chutney
- Bake in preheated oven of 400ºF for 10 to 15 minutes or till crispy & golden brown
Note: Add pepperoni or ham or even pineapple before adding cheese for different flavour.
